Payment Policy
For reservations that do not have a credit card number on the file as a guarantee, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. Prices are inclusive VAT and all rights are reserved.
Deposits can be made by bank transfer. Bank transfer details are below. Please contact us if you wish to make your deposit by credit card instead.

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE for cancellations due to COVID travel restrictions please contact us to inquire about moving your reservation.
For DIRECT bookings, cancellations more than 60 days before your booking, 10% of the total room price will be charged. For cancellations within 60 days of your booking a total of 30% of the total room price will be charged. For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival or no shows 100% of the total room price will be charged.
For bookings made through Booking.com, Expedia.com or other online websites please consult the website you made the reservation through for the specific cancellation terms.
