All our guest must be 21 and over and must have a valid ID and credit card for incidentals
-Check in / Check out Policy: our check in is at 4:00 PM and our check out is at 11:00 AM. An early check in is granted with a small surcharge of $30 and it is based on availability.
-Smoking / Room Damage: The property is 100% SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT. All the rooms are NON SMOKING, if smoking is detected there will be a cleaning fee of $500. Any room damages or missing items guest CC on file will be charged to cover the damages or missing items after departure.
-Resort Fee: $25.0 Resort Fee per night will be added on to room rate. This includes beach towels, WIFI, in room safe box
-Incidentals: A hold of $150 will be placed on your CC for incidentals upon check in
-Beach towels: we will provide beach towels to our guests. 1 towel per guest is allowed, every missing total will result in a $10.0 surcharge.
-No pets allowed.
-ONLY ASSIGNED AMOUNT OF GUEST IS ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL ROOM.CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGE AUTOMATICALLY $150 IN CASE OF ADDITIONAL GUEST STAYING IN THE ROOM.
-Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival.Reservations cancelled within 7 days are subject to first night room and tax. In case of NO SHOW total amount will be charge.
