HOTEL POLICY
- The hotel does not have extra beds
- We require 2 nights minimum stay
- The hotel does not accept children under 12 y.o.
- The hotel is pets friendly.
- Upon confirmation of the reservation, the guest is acknowledging that they have read and accepted Hotel Casa Cat Ba cancellation policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
(Excepted bookings with discount. In that case, a specific cancellation policy will apply)
- Reservation must be cancelled or modified 5 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
- The hotel requires a period of 15 days after your cancelation in order to complete the refund
- No show will be charged the full cost of the stay
- Refunds will be subject to a $50 US administration fee
- Full buyout : a 50% deposit is requested and is not refundable. In case of cancellation before 60 days prior to the arrival date, a voucher will be proposed, it will be available during 1 year, from the date of cancellation.
- Full buyout can be changed up to 60 days prior to the arrival date.
