casa9 is a four-bedroom Luxury Petit Hotel / Bed & Breakfast concept. We are located in an old Mexican Casona dated from 1910 that has been remodeled by architects Rafael Rivera and Javier Claveri from Habitacion116 (uncluir el link the su pagina http://www.habitacion116.com). Its interior design is a mix of modern / Mexican inspiration, bringing together tradition and design for a unique elegant yet cozy environment.
Located in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods, where galleries and restaurants thrive.
casa9 lived in oblivion for many years, a home once owned by a Mexican elite family during the 1910s became forgotten in the last decades of the 20th century. Little by little the house was taken by nature and the city, little by little its opulence seemed to fade away leaving just a distant remainder of what once was, until a new family fell in love with it and began remodeling and reviving this beautiful home.
Today casa9’s current owners opens its doors with the purpose of sharing their home to all who want to live a truly exceptional experience and service.

We are a non-smoking property for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in premises are subject to a minimum $400.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy.
Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving after our lobby is closed. Arrangements will be made to process your check in before your arrival.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
No cash accepted onsite.

Our rates are all inclusive, based on double occupancy and includes complimentary breakfast. Local Taxes will apply. Direct reservations are confirmed by payment of 50% of your total stay. This may appear as two separate charges on your statement. All other channels (e.g. booking.com, etc.) require full payment in advance.. No cash accepted onsite.

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly.
• 14 days or less cancellations prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of reservation,
EXCEPTION: New Year’s week reservations are paid in full, in advance, and are non-refundable.
Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy.
Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms.
All cancellations must be provided to the innkeeper in writing. You will receive any refund due within 30 days.
