This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone. We will not be responsible for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. This is a NON SMOKING property.
The use of the pool is restricted to registered guests ONLY !!
Our pool is seasonal outdoor. Please check with the property directly for the dates of opening and closing for each year.

No Pets Allowed on the Property, period!

We do not rent to local residents within a 75 mile radius of Franklin, North Carolina.

Maximum guests in a King Deluxe room is (2)
Maximum guests in a Standard Double room is (4) extra charges apply after the second person.
Maximum guests in a Superior Double room is (4) extra charges apply after the second person.
Maximum guests in a Family room is (4) extra charges apply after the second person.
Maximum guests in the One Bedroom Cabin is (2) adults.
Maximum guests in the Two Bedroom Cabin is (6) extra charges apply after the fourth person.
All of our rooms are completely PET FREE and NON-SMOKING! We hold the right if we find any evidence or believe that any of our guests have pet's or have been smoking in any of our rooms, we will add $250.00 to the bill for the expense to us for loss of earnings, dry cleaning of curtains, bedding, and carpet cleaning, etc. If the guest is part way through a stay they will be asked to leave the premises with no refund being given. This statement is due notice of these charges and no discussion will be entered into on this matter.
