Cape Cottage Inn motel rooms, cottages and pool are for registered Cape Cottage Inn Guests only. NO VISITORS PERMITTED
One parking spot per reservation.
Quiet Hours 9 pm - 9 am
No parties or events, No pets, No cooking permitted inside motels rooms
Damage Policy: Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves, their guest or any person whom their responsible for.
Theft Policy: All rooms and cottages have a detailed inventory on all towels, linens and decor. Any items found to be missing at the time of check out will be charged to your credit card on file.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND INSTANT TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 14 or fewer days prior to your arrival date, regardless of when you make your reservation, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.
