Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

GOVERNMENT PER DIEM RATE
To qualify for the government per diem rate, you must present valid government ID or proof of affiliation with DOE/LANL upon check-in. If you have booked this rate by mistake, please cancel your reservation and choose the Standard Rate.

BREAKFAST
No breakfast is provided on the premises, only self-serve fresh ground coffee and tea. You do have open access to our updated, shared kitchen, which is fully equipped with all cookware and appliances to prepare your own meals. You also have designated fridge and cupboard space in the shared kitchen to store any food items. We are also happy to recommend local restaurants, many of which are walkable from our doorstep into downtown.

PETS
No pets are allowed at the property.

SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed indoors. You are welcome to smoke outside at least 10 feet away from the building.

PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards, personal and cashier's checks, money orders, and cash. Processing fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your reservation free of charge until 7 calendar days before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel between 2 and 7 days before arrival, and the entire cost of your reservation if you cancel within 1 day of arrival or are a no-show.

Grace Period: No fees are charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking.

NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY
Rooms booked at the non-refundable rate are non-refundable. You will be charged the entire cost of your reservation if you cancel or are a no-show.
