Terms & Conditions

There is absolutely no smoking in the suites. A charge of $250 will automatically be charged to your card should this be neglected.
We ask you respect other guests' enjoyment of the property and observe quiet after 10:30 pm.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 10am
Disrespect of the suite will result in a charge to your card in according with the damage for such things as excessive housekeeping, damage, unapproved pets, etc.
GOLF CARTS MUST BE RETURNED TO PRO SHOP IMMEDIATELY AFTER COMPLETION OF YOUR ROUND $100 charge may apply for non compliance
ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON THE GOLF COURSE OR GOLF COURSE PREMISES. It must be confined to your suite.

Payment Policy

SUITES :At time of reservation a deposit of $100 is taken per suite booked. The remainder will be processed upon check in.
LAKEHOUSE: At time of reservation a deposit of 25% of the total booking is taken. Full payment of the stay is required upon check in. The deposit is held as a damage deposit for the duration of the stay, and will be returned upon house inspection to ensure no damages, pets, excessive housekeeping required, etc.

Cancellation Policy

SUITES 7 Days notice is required on a cancellation. With 7 days notice deposit is fully refundable. Less 7 days, deposit is non-refundable. Should less than 2 days notice be given, full payment of the accommodation portion of the package may be required.
LAKEHOUSE 14 Days notice is required on a cancellation. With 14 days notice deposit is refundable minus a 5% Administration Fee. Less than 14 days, deposit is non-refundable. Should less than 1 week notice be given, full payment of the accommodation portion of the package may be required.
