Terms & Conditions

Check-in is at 3:00pm AST. Due to our cleaning requirements, we generally cannot do early check ins.

No keys required – the last 4 digits of the phone number provided for the reservation will be your door code. An email indicating which unit you will be staying in will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in.

Check-out is at 10:00am AST. Due to our cleaning requirement and to ensure we are ready for our next guests we generally cannot do late check-out. Please place dishes in the dishwasher.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Free private parking is available on site. Please park your vehicle in front of your unit.

A limited number of cots and cribs are available for a fee. Please inform us of any requests 72 hours prior to arrival.

Pets are allowed on request. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pet. Please do not leave pets unattended on the property. An extra $50 deposit may be collected per pet.

All children are welcome.
Up to three children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in villa bedrooms.

Guests must provide an emergency contact prior to check-in.
Guests must provide license plate number of their vehicle prior to check-in.

Gym facility availability is not guaranteed, registered guests can access the gym when available at no cost. Use of gym facilities are at your own risk and it is recommended to consult a physician before starting a gym program or routine. Cape Breton Villas may require a signed waiver provided by us prior to entry at our gym facility. During COVID-19 Public Health orders we our gym will be closed unless we are able to book a time for your request 24 hours in advance.

Payment Policy

Payment of one night's pretax stay due within 24 hours of booking November to May stays.

A deposit of up to the whole stay pretax may be required for your stay in our high season (June to October).

A deposit of $250 is due in addition to your reservation amount prior to check-in and will be refunded within 24 hours of stay should there be no damage identified.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us as soon as possible should you need to change or cancel your stay so we can avoid loss for both Cape Breton Villas and you. In all circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Reservations are fully refundable when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
50% refundable if cancelled between 29 days and 15 days.
Non-refundable if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival.

All bookings are given 100% refund within 24 hours of booking.
