a minimum stay of three nights is required
50% of your total is due as down payment when you make your reservation request. if you cancel confirmed reservation one month before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund 80% of this amount (We keep 20% of the initial deposit to pay for credit-card fees and government taxes.)
Reservations that canceled within 30 days of the arrival date will forfeit the ENTIRE down payment.
