On behalf of the Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort Team, we look forward to hosting your stay in the Pikes Peak Region. Please refer to our website BICYCLERESORT.COM for recommendations within the Pikes Peak Region and our calendar of upcoming events and activities at the Buffalo Lodge.

*Payment Policy: If you pay for your room with cash or a debit card, a refundable $250 debit card deposit HOLD is required in addition to your room charges upon check-in. Credit card and 3rd Party Pre-Paid reservations require a $50 refundable deposit HOLD upon check-in. No cash deposits are accepted.
*Cancellation Policy: No penalties if canceled at least 48 hours prior to the check in date. No shows are charged 1st night +taxes.
*No reservations will be accepted for the same night after the office is closed at 9:00pm.
*Check In is between 3pm and 8pm. Please call to arrange a "late check-in" if your arrival will be past 8:00pm. Checkout is 10:00am.
*Golden Waffle Bar Continental breakfast with additional fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, toast, muffins, juice & coffee in the lodge lobby until 10am daily.
*Only rooms with "Dog Friendly" in the title can have up to 2 dogs (no cats) for an additional $50 fee. Strictly no pets in any other room and $150 fee will be charged for unregistered pets.
*Must be 21+ to order/consume alcoholic beverages. Our liquor license permits only alcoholic beverages purchased onsite to be consumed around the property. Alcohol purchased off-site may only be consumed in the privacy of your own room.
*We require that the person paying for the room must stay in & accept responsibility for the room. State issued ID must match the credit card used.
*Declined credit cards will result in cancellation of your booking and a notification email will be sent.
*All rooms are entirely non-smoking (no vaping, cigarettes/cigars or marijuana (including vaping MMJ) No smoking within 50 feet of any entrance. A $250 room cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking (aroma, ashes, etc)
*Complimentary Lodge Bikes are first come, first serve for short trips around the property and nearby restaurants at your own risk. We can recommend a bike rental company for longer adventures through Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks and MANY more trails!
*Outdoor heated pool is open seasonally: early May to end of September and may close periodically for maintenance, special events & classes.

Terms & Conditions

____CHECK-IN: A credit card & matching ID in the guest's name must be presented at check-in. Cash & Debit Card payments require a $250 INCIDENTALS HOLD on a Credit or Debit Card only. (3rd Party Prepaid & Credit Card users require a $50 HOLD) We do not accept 3rd party room payments, "cash" credit cards or cash deposit holds. Unregistered guests may not stay overnight in the rooms and occupancy cannot exceed 2 guests per bed.

___ PLUMBING: Our system is sensitive and clogs easily. I agree NOT TO FLUSH anything other than human waste and our biodegradable toilet paper. I will NOT FLUSH hygiene products including tampons, personal wipes, baby wipes/diapers, paper towels or Kleenex tissues. I am financially responsible for plumbing clogs requiring a professional.

___HOUSEKEEPING: Your room is your private cottage for your stay. Please see the front desk if you would like any additional supplies. Trash in bags can be placed outside your door each morning for pickup. A full stay-over service (sheets, floor clean, replace towels) may be requested for stays over 3 days.

___ BIKES are complimentary, 1st-come-1st-serve for use on our property at your own risk. Use for 1-2 hours and must return by 8:00pm. Please wear a helmet & watch for cars.

____DAMAGES: I am personally liable for any damages or losses to Buffalo Lodge property caused by me or my guests, and will take reasonable care to ensure my room is locked when unoccupied. The Buffalo Lodge assumes no responsibility for guest belongings.

____ DOGS: Are only allowed in rooms designated in the title "Dog Friendly" (no cats) for an additional $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed in any other room and not registering your pets will incur a $150.00 cleaning fee. Dogs are not allowed in the pool and must be kept on leash. Pickup of your own pet's waste is required.

____ KEYS: Return all keys to the front desk by 10am CHECKOUT or in red key drop box by office door. A $50 lock replacement fee will be incurred for missing keys.

____NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES: A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of ANY smoking, vaping, candles or incense in the room. (aroma, ashes, etc) All smoking must be at least 50 feet away from all entrances- preferably in designated areas far from all rooms and air conditioning units. Use ash cans- do not litter cigarette butts or dispose of them in the bushes or planters.

____ ALCOHOL: No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on the grounds per our liquor license. Alcohol purchased off property may be consumed in the privacy of your own room. Our property is licensed only for the alcohol we distribute and may be consumed anywhere on property.

Payment Policy

Cancellations must occur at least 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. A valid credit card and matching government-issue ID in the guest's name must be presented at check-in. A $50 hold will be placed for incidentals on Credit Cards. Cash or Debit Cards are accepted as payment, but a valid credit card must be presented for a $250 HOLD. (Cash Deposits are not accepted)

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before date of arrival, any room deposits will be fully refunded. If cancelled within 48 hours of check-in or in case of no-show, a $50 fee will be charged. This policy applies to all reservations, including reservations made on 3rd party websites.
