Terms & Conditions

CHECK-IN FROM 3PM-10PM. OFFICE CLOSES AT 10PM. If you have already made a reservation and anticipate you may arrive late, please call the office to make arrangements. NO NEW BOOKINGS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER 10PM.

Rooms are to be paid in full before occupancy. A refundable deposit will be pre-authorized for any damages arising during stay. Valid credit card needed for reservation. If guest does not have a credit card, or chooses to pay in cash, a cash deposit will be required

**In order to keep nature outside (hornets, ants, bugs, field mice, etc.) DOORS MUST REMAIN CLOSED WHEN NOT IN USE.

**Guests must remain fully clothed while on property. This included shirts and proper foot-ware.

**Dogs are welcome! All dogs on property are subject to a Pet Cleaning Fee.
PET FRIENDLY ROOMS ARE LIMITED. Guests must notify the front desk of your four-legged family when you make your reservation so that we can reserve a pet friendly room for you. Some rooms are pet free for those with allergies. Pet owners must agree to our Pet Policy. Max dogs allowed in room: 2. Dogs must be kenneled if left unattended in room. No undeclared pets. Cats are not permitted in rooms. VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE TERMS WILL INCUR A $250 FEE.

**CHECK-OUT IS 11AM. Due to our limited accommodations and quick turn-around, we are unable to accommodate late checkout requests. THE FEE FOR LATE CHECKOUT IS THE RATE OF A FULL NIGHT'S STAY. Please return keys to the front desk or drop in the Key Drop box by the office. FAILURE TO RETURN KEY(S) WILL RESULT IN A $20 FEE.

**Unless staying in a kitchenette, there is NO COOKING allowed in the room. This includes the use of hotplates, ovens, gas/electric cooking devices, etc. Our kitchenettes are specifically designed to accommodate cooking. Cooking in rooms that are not kitchenettes will incur a $150 fee.

**Please be aware that all our rooms are non-smoking and smoking of ANY KIND in the room or the doorway is not permissible. Smoking in the room or in the doorway will result in a $250 fee. Any tampering with the smoke detectors will results in a $50 fee.

OUR GUEST'S ENJOYMENT AND SAFETY ARE IMPORTANT TO US:

**To allow us to provide the best possible visit for our guests, we reserve the right to ask any guest to leave that disturbs the peace or safety of any guest or staff member. Any compensation offered to any guest affected by your behavior is your financial responsibility. No illegal drugs or drug use on the property. Any suspicious activity will be reported to authorities. YOU ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY YOU, YOUR GUESTS, OR PROPERTY, including but not limited to: linens, furniture or the property. Excessive trash, personal items, etc. left in the room will incur a $50 fee.

Guest shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by The Western Star Inn. Guest agrees to defend, indemnify and
hold harmless, The Western Star Inc, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees,
subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from guest's use of the property. Guest's liability shall
include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other
occurrences to any person or persons, including the guest, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or
out of the guest's occupancy and use of the premises, the Hotel or any part thereof.

Payment Policy

Payment due upon arrival unless otherwise arranged.

Cash payments are subject to a $100 refundable deposit, returned at the end of your stay provided that the room is left in good order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made with the service you made your reservation with. Free cancellation if notification is given by 6pm the day BEFORE check-in. Always consider the weather before traveling. Good weather at lower elevations does not guarantee good weather over Vail Pass or higher elevations.

Late cancellations will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the unfulfilled reservation.
