Terms & Conditions
Blue on Water abides by a strict 11pm noise restriction. Excessive noise and/or additional guests in hotel rooms after 11pm is prohibited, and will result in a $200 charge and immediate eviction.
Blue on Water is a completely smoke free building. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee and any replacement/damage costs.
Payment Policy
We do require a valid credit card to make all bookings. Your card will not be charged until you check out.
Please ensure your credit card is valid throughout your stay with us.
Cancellation Policy
Blue on Water has a 48hr cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled with in this time period are subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation cost. This fee will be waived if Blue on Water is able to re book the room.
