Terms & Conditions
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Lobby is closed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. If you know you will be arriving later than 11pm please communicate with the staff and they will be more than happy to accommodate. If you are arriving later than expected please call us at (208) 933-2123 or if it is after hours, our on-call staff member can be reached at (208) 749-3160. We do not accept late check-ins past 3:00 AM.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Select rooms have been designated as "Dog Friendly" Rooms; they are offered based on availability and there is a $25 Fee applied at check in.
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult
Children age 12 and under stay free
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and do not cover the taxes.
Payment Policy
A full payment will be taken upon check-in. Please be prepared to provided your selected form of payment upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover; Credit/Debit Card payment ONLY.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Cancellation Policy
The Blue Lakes Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 (twenty four) hours* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 24 (twenty four) hours* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
*A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
