Cottage, Efficiency, and Suite accommodations on the shores of Lake George. Blue Lagoon Resort boasts a 200-foot private sand beach with spectacular views of Lake George and Adirondack mountains. The property is flat and level allowing easy access to the beach and swim area. Amenities include rowboats and kayaks, sandy beach with Adirondack chairs and shady areas, shallow and sandy swim area, free WiFi, boat docking and launching, plenty of parking available, ping pong, children's playground, barbecues, and picnic tables. All units have air conditioning, heat, and in-room WiFi. The office sells snacks and refreshments plus fishing licenses and Lake George Park Commission lake use permits. Coin-op laundry is also available in the office. Free amenities within walking distance at a neighboring sister resort are a heated pool, volleyball, basketball, tetherball. stocked fishing pond, and miniature golf.

Terms & Conditions
Suite and Motel Efficiency rates include 2 adults. Cottage rates include 4 adults.
We supply bed linens for all units, you must supply your own towels, soap and cleaning supplies for cottage rentals. Suites and Motel Efficiency units include daily towel service.
Dishes, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and toaster are provided in all units.
A deposit of $1,150 for weekly housekeeping units and $800 for weekly motels and efficiencies is required on all reservations. Nightly rentals require a deposit of 40% of the total reservation price. Balance due upon arrival. Deposits refundable with 60 days notice.
Minimum stay requirements are in effect. 7% State Sales Tax plus 4% County Tax applies to all motel and motel efficiency rentals. 4% County Tax applies to cottage and house rentals.
