Black Bear Lodge Lake Tahoe
Black Bear Lodge is a cozy retreat and community. Here, we create feelings of well-being, connection and warmth - a feeling of belonging to the moment and to each other. Here, we shed distractions and celebrate every day.
The property is located walking distance to the shores of Lake Tahoe, delicious dining and one-mile from Heavenly Village.
The main lodge features five rooms off of the Great Room - each with a single King bed, private bathroom, gas fireplace and air conditioning. Four spacious cabins of varying sizes sit on the one acre property beneath the towering pine trees. Each cabin has a gas fireplace, kitchenette and air conditioning.
All of our accommodations include complimentary parking, WIFI and daily housekeeping. Must be at least 21 years old to check-in.

Lodge rooms feature river rock fireplaces , log beam accents and air conditioning. There are four Lodge rooms that situated right off the Great Room in the Main Lodge and provide everything you need - King bed, private bath and coffee maker. Lodge rooms do not have a fridge or microwave, for rooms with these amenities check out our cabins.

Looking for a little more elbow room? the Lodge Plus+ is our most spacious room in the Main Lodge with a sitting area in front of the gas fireplace. The Lodge Plus+ features garden views, King bed and can accommodate a third guest on the twin sofa sleeper. the Lodge Plus+ room is located on the second floor and does not have a fridge or microwave.

Rustic charm is the definition of these cozy cabins. Your King Bed is ideally situated for viewing the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchenette is complete with all of the essentials - a full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We have two Studio cabins on the property, constructed in a side-by-side duplex style.

This standalone cabin is the perfect place for a little R&R. With a see-through gas fireplace from the living room to the bedroom, the Hideout cabin is an ideal spot for two. The spacious bathroom features a jetted tub and separate shower. The kitchenette is complete with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

the Den is the perfect spot for you and your pack! One bedroom features a King Bed and the second bedroom has a Twin Bed and a Full Bed. The two bedrooms are joined with a spacious Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The kitchenette is complete with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. You'll find a gas fireplace and flat screen TV in the living area with views of the gardens.

Terms & Conditions
Check-in is between 3:00 - 8:00 pm - please contact in advance of your stay for early check-in availability. For late check-ins, your check-in packet can be found in the "Welcome" box to the right of the front doors.
You must be at least 21 years old to check in. Check out time is by 11:00 am and all late check-outs must be approved by Lodge Staff the morning of your departure. There will be no refunds for early check outs. Guest units, common areas and outside spaces are for registered guests only. There is one parking space per unit. Black Bear Lodge is not responsible for lost or damaged property. There is a $25 charge per lost key. Please note the entire property is a smoke free environment and pets are prohibited. Any violation of these policies, damage or missing items to the room or excessive cleaning of your unit will result in charges billed to the credit card on file.
____ There is no smoking in or around your room/cabin. A violation of this policy will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file.
Payment Policy
Your payments is due in full on arrival the day of your check in.
Cancellation Policy
Should your plans change, cancellations are free up until 7 days to your arrival date. If you cancel within 7 days to your arrival, the first night total will be charged to the card on file.
