Nacoochee Valley Guest House resides in the locally beloved “Crumley Residence.” Built in 1920, there are two charming guest rooms and Bernie’s Restaurant which has been serving visitors from near and far since 1989. Our inn, centrally located in the heart of North Georgia’s Wine Country, has a view of the historic Nacoochee Valley and majestic Sal Mountain. Bernie’s at Nacoochee Valley Guest House provides an atmosphere that will leave you refreshed and eager to explore the beautiful area we are blessed to call home.

Guest House Policies
MINIMUM STAY: Due to Covid-19 cleaning policy 2 night minimum is required.
RATES: An additional charge of $25 will apply for each additional person in rooms - Meadow Room ONLY.
RESERVATIONS: Room reservations are confirmed with 1 night paid in full of your stay upon booking, this is a non-refundable security deposit by credit card. Balance is due upon arrival date. We accept Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
MEALS: Breakfast is available for an additional charge (with advance arrangements) and served at 9:00 am in the Veranda. Dinners are available by reservation. Please check for Restaurant availability/hours of operation .
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check in time:Please make prior check-in arrangements at time of booking. Check out time: 11:00 a.m.
SALES TAX: A 15% Tourism /Sales tax + $5.00 per night Tourism Impact Fee will be added to all room rates.
PET POLICIES: We do require a one-time pet fee of $30 please note +2 pets may require additional charges.

The Guesthouse has limited availability, we are a small family-run Inn. Our guests are very special to us, and are a top priority.
Deposits are Non-Refundable
Postponements must be issued in writing 15 days prior to arrival date and result in a credit to your account w/ Bernie's Restaurant & Nacoochee Valley Guest House. You will have 12 months to use this credit for a future vacation date (limited to 1 date change - minus a $49 administration fee)
We highly recommend travel cancellation or interruption insurance, Available with American Express or many other reputable providers that can be found on the Internet.
Cancellation and Deposit Policies differ for rentals of entire inn.
