Property Information
The Benjamin Prescott Inn has 10 guest rooms and suites, each uniquely different. Included with your room is a full breakfast. For breakfast we offer a freshly baked item (muffin's, bread's, pastry), season fruit and a plated entree. Also available 24 hours a day are complementary bottled water, soft drinks, coffee and tea. Home baked snacks and refreshing beverages are offered each afternoon. WiFi and parking are always complementary.

Check in is daily from 3-7pm. A later check in can be arranged with prior notice.
Check out is 11 am
All rates are double occupancy. For additional person(s) in a room, add $25 each.
Children 10 years and older are welcome, we cannot accommodate infants and children under the age of 10.
No pets allowed.
We have a SMOKE-FREE home. Smoking is allowed in the parking lot only. A minimum $100 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the room.
Summer and Fall weekends have minimum two nights stay.
While we understand that some guests may want to prepare meals in their rooms, we do not allow the use of hot pots, slow cookers or any other plug in cooking devices.
PAYMENT may be made by cash, check or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
All rates are double occupancy.
A New Hampshire rooms and meals tax is additional.
Payment Policy
Payment is collected at check in for standard reservations. Room block reservations require payment in full at time of reservation.
We are a smoke free Inn, there will be a $100 fee charged for smoking in the room.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled 14 days or more in advance of arrival for full refund, minus a $10 processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged a one night stay per room.
In the event of a no-show on a reservation that was not cancelled you will be charged for your entire stay.
