Guest agrees to pay for any damage caused to the property caused by themselves, their guests, pets, etc.

Cancellations made more than 7 days out receive a 100% refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 5-7 days of reservation receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are not eligible for any refunds.
