Terms & Conditions
Smoking Policy-The guest house is a smoke free environment. Smoking is permitted outside only. Anyone smoking within the house may incur a $350 cleaning charge.
Child Policy-We are a child friendly home, after all we have four of our own! Only the Fireplace Suites are suitable for more than two persons.
Animal Policy-Please be aware that we do not accept pets or animals of any kind.
Please be aware that guest rooms are not ADA compliant and may not be suitable for persons with disabilities.
Important Notice
This property is privately owned. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be held responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests will be responsible for any damage or misuse and/or losses incurred during their stay.
Payment Policy
Booking Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total amount of the reservation is taken at the time of booking. For one night reservations the total amount of the reservation will be collected at time of booking. The balance of the reservation is collected 21 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits on reservations cancelled more than 21 days prior to the arrival date are refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee per room booked.
Deposits on reservations cancelled 21 days or less of the arrival date are refunded only if the room(s) are re-let for the entire period of the booking, less a $50.00 cancellation fee per room. There is no refund for shortened stays.
