Terms & Conditions
Please review your confirmation carefully and reply to this email to confirm your reservation.
Check-in time starts at 4:00PM and check-out is at 11am. Please contact hotel if you are arriving after 7PM.
$25.00 per night per pet fee will be charged. 30 Pound limit.
All rooms are non-smoking and a $100.00 fee will be charged to your credit card for violation of this policy.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking for standard reservations. Non-Refundable Reservations require 100% of the stay to be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable with 14 days notice prior to the arrival date. Deposits will be forwarded to a future stay when reservations are cancelled inside of 14 days of the arrival date. In the event of a no-show the full amount of the stay will be forfeited.

This policy does not apply to Non-Refundable reservations or when booked through a third party.
