Full payment must be made at the latest 7 days before you arrive. If you have booked via a third party channel your final balance is due 14 days prior to your
arrival.
Aysgarth Rooms are let on a room only basis, meaning that no breakfast is provided and there is no servicing of rooms between stays.
Arrivals between 3pm and 9pm please. Check in is by key safe, (code will be given to you prior to arrival) - please ensure that you replace the key on departure.
Please respect others by ensuring that any noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm.
Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any problems. We will only enter your room in an emergency. Please contact us in this case 07843527683.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation terms are as follows:
Any cancellations must be made in writing by 12 noon, 7 days prior to arrival and no cancellation charges will apply. However if the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the remaining balance of the reservation will become payable.
In the case of COVID lockdowns etc, the above fees will not apply.
Please take out travel insurance to cover yourself in case of cancellation - we will provide any necessary documentation.
If you have booked via a third party channel your booking must be cancelled by 12 noon 14 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
Bookings of 3 or more rooms must give 14 days notice of cancellation to avoid the above charges.
