e have been a family owned and operated business since 1954. All of our houses are located on one of the top ten beaches in the United States. Our oceanfront houses offer breathtaking views of sunrises and sunsets. Wide and uncrowded beaches are just a few steps away. Grab your beach chair and walk over the dune to shell hunting, building sandcastles, fishing and surfing. Our strong, consistent effort to maintain a family friendly atmosphere allows us to omit the administrative fees other vacation rental companies force customers to pay. We pride ourselves on offering you a clear, fair rate and working with you to meet your budget. We are the only vacation rental company on the Outer Banks with all houses in a single location, making us perfect for group functions! Discount rates available for multiple-cottage weddings, reunions, and large gatherings. Let us be apart of your unforgettable family vacation

Terms & Conditions
Pets are accepted in select cottages. There is a pet fee of $200 per night, per pet. If Avon Cottages' staff is not made aware of a pet, a fee of $500 will be charged to the guests.
All cottages are non-smoking, a fee of $300 will be charged to the guests for violation of this policy.
No refunds will be given for mechanical issues including hot tubs and air conditioners.
Refunds are not given for any visitor evacuation, but a credit will be issued to the guests for their next stay at Avon Cottages.
Payment Policy
Deposit is due at the time of the reservation, the remaining balance is payable at check in.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, deposit can be returned only if the house is re-rented for the week.
