Avenue House is a large Victorian Semi detached property occupying a prominent corner position on the corner of the private cul de sac, The Avenue.
Just a few hundred meters from the bustling centre of the old market town of Bakewell, and across the road from the large park and the river, Avenue House is ideally situated to explore Bakewell and the surrounding areas of the Peak District
Avenue house has six en suite letting bedrooms over two floors, Two of the rooms have the capacity for an extra bed.
Avenue House is the sister property to The Manners pub, which is a highly popular local pub and eaterie, situated just 100m from Avenue House. A full cooked breakfast is included in the room rate and this is served at The Manners pub, betweenn 8.30-9.30am. Avenue House has it's own car parking.
The check in for Avenue House is at The Manners, and on your arrival into Bakewell, if you go to the Manners pub, there will be a member of staff available to check you in and escort you to Avenue House.
