Charming, family friendly Motel directly on the sands of Old Orchard Beach. We offer a Heated Pool, BBQ Gas Grills, and Complimentary WIFI. We offer many room types, Mini Suites, Apartments, A Cottage and Standard Motel Rooms. All Rooms have Refrigerators, Microwaves and Toasters and Coffee Makers.. Our larger rooms have Kitchenettes or Full Kitchens with Ovens.
Please note, We do not have an Elevator. Our minimum check in age is 25. We look forward to having you join us at The Atlantis Motel. Due to COVID-19 we will not be offering Housekeeping service during your stay, to Insure the safety of our Guests and that of our Staff.. Should you need additional supplies please let us know. Terms & Conditions
Full payment is due at time of check-in. We do not Refund for Early Departures under any circumstances. All rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking of any material will be charged a $ 250.00 cleaning fee. Minimum check-in age is 25. Sorry, we love Pets as much as you do but we do not allow Pets. Room rates are based upon Two Guest per room.. Extra person charge is $20 per night, 17 years and older. Cots are available for $20.00 per night . We only have 1 parking spot per Room and or Apartments. If you chose to bring another Car its your responsibility to find Overnight Parking. We have very limited parking for Trucks and Oversized Vehicles. Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 10:00 AM.

Payment Policy
Bookings made by telephone or on our website will be charged a deposit equal to the first night rate plus tax. Bookings made through online travel sites will be charged in full 100% at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
5 Calendar Days before arrival and there is a $50 cancel fee. Cancellations made less than 5 calendar days before arrival will forfeit the first night deposit.
Date changes are free of charge but the rate on the new dates may be higher or lower. Changes must be made 5 days before arrival only.
