Artisan Suites are the newest SELF CHECK IN boutique accommodations on Bowen Island! Clean, modern & luxurious rooms conveniently located in Artisan Square, less than 700m from Snug Cove. Enjoy the easy access to the various cafes, shops & galleries that create a gentle commercial hub just steps away from the Suites. Artisan Square is peacefully calm in the evenings. Food stores, the liqour store, all of Bowen's restaurants & pubs, scooter & kayak rentals are all within 10-15 minutes of walking. Artisan Eats is a cafe located just below Artisan Suites. Although the regular hours there are currently Wednesdays to Sundays from 8:30am to 3:30pm, we encourage you to visit artisaneats.ca for updates. Welcome to Bowen Island!

CLEANING FEE $35 To all bookings unless otherwise stated as included.
NO PETS of any size. Sorry! Charges may be incurred for any damages or smells left behind from your pet!
NON SMOKING for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in premises are subject to a minimum $400.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy. We appreciate your understanding.
EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES will be applied to any stained linens. Please do not eat food on the beds nor wipe any spills with our towels or replacement costs will be charged.

CHECK IN 3pm.
CHECK OUT 11am or earlier. LATE CHECK-OUTS will be subject to a charge of $50/hour unless otherwise arranged.
We do NOT offer daily maid service for 1 or 2 night stays but do freshen rooms for 3 night stays or longer.
Please feel free to text 778-899-9844 if your room requires attention outside of our regular cleaning schedule.
FREE PARKING is available in Artisan Square to all our overnight guests. You will find parking either on Artisan Lane or the lower road – Promethius Lane.
Please use the lower road if staying longer than one night, to allow for shoppers and visitors to Artisan Square access to parking.
ALL ROOMS ARE ON THE 2ND FLOOR. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR AND NO BELLHOP. You will be required to walk up 12 stairs. Please pack accordingly.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, mugs, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, all cancellations are subject to:
• in advance of 7 full days prior to arrival date – 100% refundable
-within 7 full days of arrival date this booking is non-refundable
Refunds will be applied within one week.
Payment Policy
100% payable 7 days before arrival day which will be processed AUTOMATICALLY from the credit card given at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Total cost of stay is 100% refundable if cancelled 7 full days before reservation. Non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of check in date.
