Terms & Conditions

- Rates are subject to change without notice. Must be 21 years of age to reserve a room. Check-in from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., check-out 11 a.m.
- Pet fee is $20 per night max. of 2 pets per room. Undeclared pet fee $100. Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policy.
- SMOKING: Anchorage Motel is entirely non-smoking. There is no smoking allowed in rooms, on decks/balconies, common areas or parking lot including in vehicles. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and any other smoke or vapor delivery device. Smoking on property will incur a $250 charge.
- You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay, this includes excessive amounts of sand in rooms and/or showers. Anchorage Motel reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit /debit card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Anchorage Motel as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, pet policy violations, etc. Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. I consent to receiving promotional emails from the property.

Payment Policy

Full payment for length of stay is collected at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

We require notification 72 hours prior to your arrival for cancellation to avoid a charge for one night's room rate plus tax. Arrivals that coincide with a major holiday such as, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day require seven days cancellation notification. Reservations with arrivals around a major holiday will be charged upon entering the 7 day cancellation policy. All reservations that are cancelled within the cancellation period are charged the first nights rate plus tax. Reservations made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable and will be charged if cancelled at any time after making the reservation.
All no shows will be charged for the full length of their reserved stay plus tax.
An early departure fee is applicable to guests who check out prior to the agreed check-out date.
Reservations made with special promotions are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the promotion. Reservations made with a non-refundable rate type are charged immediately upon making the reservation and are non-refundable.
Winter weather conditions and storms are common in the Pacific Northwest during the months of December - February and are characterized by snow, ice, sleet, freezing rain, and/or extremely low temps during these winter months. Reservations made with arrival dates during these months will be held to the 72 hour cancellation policy.
