Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by 2pm local time, 31 days or more prior to arrival. Any booking cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival by 2pm local time will be charged in full. Early departures and no-show will also be charged in full.

For bookings made with the Last Minute and Non-Refundable Offers, a non-refundable full prepayment is required upon booking.

Special conditions (groups of 3 or more rooms)

- A non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged upon booking.
- More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit will be kept.
- Between 30 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100% of the stay for all rooms cancelled will be forfeited.
