Booking Policy:
To book a stay with us, the total amount is charged to a Visa or MasterCard. You’ll receive a receipt via email.
Smoking:
A fee of $250.00 will be assessed for smoking inside the cottage.
Pets:
Pets are NOT allowed.
Service Animals are allowed (THEY MUST WEAR THEIR SERVICE VEST AT ALL TIMES).
Important:
1. We do not work like a hotel; please bring your basic toiletries including toilet paper (only one roll will be provided).
2. Beach Towels are not included.
3. Housekeeping is available for guests that stay 5 nights or more.
4. Noise is NOT tolerated. There will be other guests staying in nearby cottages.
5. At check-out all beach chairs, coolers and towels must be left in the cottage. The key must also be left on the door. A fee of $30.00 will be assessed if any item is not in the cottage.
Vehicle to access the property:
We require that all our guests to either have a personal vehicle or a rented vehicle; we highly recommend a jeep. If you decide to rent a golfcart you will need to park it on the main cement road and walk up the driveway to the cottage. Our driveways are not suitable for golfcarts. We do not allow any type of public transportation to access the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation there is NO refund; you'll have a full credit for a future stay as long as you cancel 4 days before your check-in date or sooner. On the contrary you will lose your booked nights and you will not be compensated.
The guest will have ONE year for the use of the credit starting from the original check-in date. When you do use it, it's very important that you verify availability at least a month in advance.

We have surveillance cameras in all the parking areas and property entrance.
