Payment Policy
Should your credit card expire or your credit card details change prior to arrival, please contact the hotel directly with the amended details.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit cards prior to arrival.
Your card will be charged 30 days prior to arrival for 50% deposit. The remainder will be charged either on arrival or pre-departure.
Cancellation Policy
We've updated our policies to be more flexible for you!
Cancel without penalty up to two weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation within two weeks will incur a 50% penalty and within 48 hours will incur a 100% penalty.
