At 2 Blackburne Terrace we strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe and friendly experience. The following House Rules have been established based on industry standards and developed through our personal experience of operating 2 Blackburne Terrace. They are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all our Policies/House Rules/Terms and Conditions. They are presented to promote our guests safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between us 2 Blackburne Terrace and our guests.
Check in is at 3pm unless notification is given of otherwise. Check out is by 12 noon on the day of departure.
Only children of 11 years or over can stay as guests in the house and must be supervised by a responsible adult.
One free car parking space is provided to each room - provided prior arrangement is made.
Only registered guests are allowed in the property and the rooms.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
All bookings include breakfast unless otherwise informed.
Refreshments are provided in the rooms. There is a "no food" policy in the rooms - though we are happy given reasonable notice, to set up the dining room with plates and cutlery - for any take-out food you plan to eat. There is no extra charge for this service.
2 Blackburne Terrace is strictly a no smoking building. This includes the rooms. For safety we also have a No Candles /incense or essential oils policy. The rooms are fragranced with luxury diffusers as is the whole house.
House doors close at 12 midnight. The door fobs time out and the property is alarmed thereafter. If you anticipate a later return- some notification is appreciated.
The house is carpeted throughout and noise levels do not carry. Nonetheless after 10pm we ask that due consideration be given to other guests concerning noise levels in your room. This way we can guarantee a good night sleep.
Should significant damage or loss of property occur in your room - 2 Blackburne `Terrace will charge the guest for the cost of cleaning or replacement of property.
Payment Policy
Our Payment Policy is Payment in advance - normally on the day before the morning of Check In. Payment will normally be taken in full.
