The Waters Point is a private, gated 34-acre resort in Wimberley Texas. Our property has access to almost 1/2 mile of waterfront and all of the amenities of home. All of our cabins have been recently remodeled, and offer fully furnished kitchens, smart TVs, wi-fi, linens, walk-in shower, large patio with unbeatable views, firepits and a charcoal BBQ pit. This resort is located in the heart of downtown, and is walking distance from the Square, which features shops, boutiques, restaurants, and bars. Visit Blue Hole, which is less than a mile away, or the famous Jacob's Well while in town.

Upon your arrival, your cabin will have a Welcome Letter that tells you everything you need to know about your stay.
Check-out Instructions:
• Please remove and place any used linens and towels together in living room.
~Please leave comforters on the mattresses they came off of, not on the floor.
• All dishes are to be washed and either laid out for drying or put away.
• Turn off all AC units, lights, and TV’s.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in large green receptacle outside of cabin.
• Return all parking passes to holder inside of cabin. (If provided)
• Return all gate remote to cabin. ($100 fee per unreturned gate remotes)
• Take all perishable goods with you or place in trash.
• If you used the last of any “community” items (salt, pepper, Ziploc baggies, charcoal, etc.) please replace for the next to enjoy guest.
• Return ac/heat remote to wall and TV remote to coffee table.
• Lock door.

Payment Policy
A valid credit/debit card is required to hold the cabin(s). We will keep your card on file for up to 7 days after your check out. If we find any damage to the cabin you are renting, or to the property surrounding the cabin, we will take detailed photos and charge a damage fee to your card on file.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer any refunds. Any previous payments made on your cabin will not be refunded.
