Terms & Conditions

To preserve the full Country House Guest experience and to avoid noise polution in adjoining rooms we do not provide televisions or radios in the bedrooms. There is a B&O television in the Drawing Room for guests' use and we have full WiFi throughout the house so that guests may use their laptops or tablets in their rooms if they so desire.

We regret that the Hotel cannot accommodate children under the age of 16

We offer accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis only

All rooms are located on the first floor and there is no lift. There is a downstairs cloakroom/WC

The Hotel is fully licenced and has a 5 Food Hygiene rating. There is a £15 per bottle corkage charge for guests bringing their own wine.

The hotel is Non Smoking throughout but guests are welcome to smoke in the courtyard where we have tables and chairs for the purpose.

Payment Policy

We require credit card details to confirm a booking. No payment will be deducted until checkout unless the cancellation policy is activated

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation please give as much notice as possible to allow us to re-book the rooms. Cancellations made between 7 and 2 days prior to your arrival will incur a charge of 25% of one night's room rate.

Cancellations made less then 2 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of one night's room rate.
We advise taking out a cancellation insurance.
